Valhalla plugs are easy to recommend because the price is reasonable all year. SP2016 was another one picked up in a sale, so it goes. The Bricasti Fusion plates are one reason why I haven't bothered buying a dedicated plate reverb. No spring models in there, but you can download regular spring IRs for free from other sources and apply a few of the Reverberate modulations.
Reverberate 2 I picked it up in the half price sale a few years back, so got it for £40 (not bad for every single M7 preset in Fusion form). $125 though, so if I didn't want to spend as much I'd go with Valhalla Vintage Verb, and occasionally use free IR's in ReaVerb or some other free convolution plugin. The Fusion IR versions of the Bricasti M7 sound a LOT better than standard IR's. You have a bunch of great IR's from real spaces, springs and plates, and any you can find elsewhere to load in (including true stereo ones), plus you have the 'Fusion IR' for a number of classic digital reverbs, so you catch the modulations in a way that normal convolution doesn't. If I was only going to buy one reverb plugin to cover any eventuality, I think I might go for LiquidSonics Reverberate 2.
